Good stone/gravel selection and great customer service! Jeff was great to work with and estimated our stone and gravel needs perfectly when provided with the dimensions. Jeff worked with me on delivery and we were able to schedule a time for next day delivery. Highly recommend!

Was there yesterday… the man inside was no help… I went in to talk to him about getting rock! He handed me a price list and said it is all out there and pointed to the lot! I looked around and was out there for 15 minutes….. he did not come out to help me! It seemed he did not care! Thank you Maddox Nursery up the road on 25 who took the time to talk to me show me around and now will be delivering my rock that I needed!

Always have stone needed for any job

Out of 8 pallets, I only received 7. I now have a bunch of caps for a sitting wall, but no sitting wall to set them on. Company promised to deliver all pallets, they only delivered 4. I had to pick 3 with a rental trailer (couldn’t pick the 4th due to weight capacity). Employee promised to deliver on his truck. Never happened. Now they claim it’s too late to remember if product was delivered/picked up. Caps sitting below my Deck are proof it was not, otherwise I would have them sitting on the wall. In response to owner’s comments: Employee continued to promise to deliver last pallet on his truck 1+ year after purchase (Texts to prove it). Should I have pushed harder? Yes, if I would have known the kind of company/owner I was dealing with. I gave you a huge slack by picking up (loading/unloading) those 3 pallets by myself. Note: This post is not “relief”. Relief will come once I get delivery/reimbursement. This is just awareness for other consumers out there. As already stated on other posts, this is not a friendly/customer service place.

Ordered Land Scaping Stone. Jeff was great to work with and in estimating the amount of stone that I would need for my project. They delivered on time and were courteous to let me know their estimated time of arrival so I could fit the delivery window into my work schedule. They dropped the stone close to my project area which made it very convenient to spread the 3 ton of rock. This was my first experience working with rock in this capacity. I was surprised by the amount of smaller stones in the load as I had ordered the North Carolina Large. There were plenty of the anticipated large stone in the shipment and I'm sure there is some breakage to be expected. I was just surprised by the amount of large gravel size pieces in the mix. The stone worked perfectly for my project and I would highly recommend their product and service.
