If I could give 0 stars, I would. The concrete provided for this job has been subpar at best. The slump consistently comes in low, there’s insufficient air, and the 28-day breaks are falling short of the 4500 mix design. On one occasion, they even ran out of fly ash without informing us, resulting in the concrete starting to harden in the truck by the time it arrived on site. The final straw was today when we had a pour scheduled. I received word that they were trying to send a 7" slump just 30 minutes before the pour. When I called to address this, they canceled the pour, citing that the drivers had run out of hours. They then rescheduled for the following Wednesday.

One of their trucks pulled in front of me on interstate and dropped rocks that cracked my windshield and damaged my hood. I immediately called them and they have refused to take any responsibility for paying my insurance deductible to have the damage repaired. SHAME ON YOU

Never ever buy concrete from the Shreveport plant. I have purchased concrete from the other plants and everything was perfect. I get concrete from the Shreveport plant and it comes out in clumps from the truck. You can not pour concrete that has clumps but dont tell them that. GO SOME WHERE ELSE BEFORE BUYING FROM BUILDERS SUPPLY.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, helpful with my questions, delivery was on time and the gentleman who delivered was very friendly and helpful in giving a few tips on best way to level and smooth out to a first time diy person such as myself. Definitely will use again in the future!
