Walmart

Please place the engine oil filter section under a locked glass cabinet! The reason is because today when I went to Wal-Mart to buy a genuine Toyota oil filter #90915-YZZD1, I noticed the box that it came in was opened and inside was a FRAM paper filter insert #ST9972 so obviously some shopper had swapped the oil filters out because the genuine Toyota filter costs $8.82 and the FRAM filter insert costs $3.42 (see the attached photos) so theft was clearly the motive as they took the box that the FRAM filter came in and put the Toyota filter in it to save $5.40 when they went to the self-scan register! I found TWO Toyota filter boxes swapped out like that so I immediately took it to a staffed cash register and notified the cashier about the criminal swap that was done.

Janice in the Vision Center was outstanding she went above and beyond. Amazing customer service! She had to call my Dr. 3 times because he left a detail out of the prescription. She called me and followed up and today we were able to pick out and order my glasses! She is the best optician I have ever worked with. I should know…. I am 69 and have been wearing glasses since 2nd grade!

LINDA seems like she does not like to help people, very very poor customer service. I asked her if where i can find potting mix, and she sarcastically looked back at the garden area and said ‘uh the garden area’ i told her yes i know , i looked but i couldn’t find where it was, so i asked her if she can point it to me, and she just looked back at the garden area again so i thought to myself she didn’t want to help me so i told her if she can get somebody to help me, and she said ‘i dont know if there’s anybody there’ and just walked away… leaving me still questioning where it was, please somebody teach her how to have a good customer service… very disappointing. BRADLEY, is very welcoming, always smiling greeting customers whether they are going out or going in. good customer service 👍

I like this Walmart. It is very clean and the employees are nice. They are making some changes to improve the store, but still open for business
