Green T's Main Street Services Landscape Supply

My original post was a bad review. I posted it before I got to speak with anyone about what i ordered. Rick came out and totally understood my issue and agreed that it was bad batch. He was willing to work with me to correct and resolve the issue. Will update with photos when work is complete. But I am very happy that this company was willing to help me out, most companies wouldn't do what Green T is. The fact that they are willing to fix and help with the problem is amazing. I will be going to Green T for more of my projects. Original I ordered 4 yards of topsoil. Great price and service was on time. The soil i received looks nothing like they said though. It's extremely clumpy and almost clay like. Not even black soil. Nothing like what was advertised. Not sure if this was just a bad batch or what. It absolutely won't work for my yard or garden.

We had an amazing experience here! Rick was extremely friendly and personable. He offered great suggestions, technique, and prices! He was able to provide several samples of stones, firewood, and much more, while getting them delivered next business day! We are now customers for life and will be going through this company for all of our landscaping needs. We will strongly recommend them to anyone and love supporting local businesses. Last service call sat and watched their tech having animated call in his truck. Carried on for 15 to 20 minutes in truck. He then proceeds to do stop races through yard with spreader in front of house drags out hose runs through back returns and packs up. A whole 5 or less minutes. Called and cancelled service funny thing getting bills for full service. That is a joke no service is worth 15 dollars a minute.

Do not shop here here where you can go rocks Etc or Fox Landscape Supply or Western Landscape Supply better than this place try to avoid this place here you regretted

Staff was friendly. Quick delivery (next day) available which was a surprise, however, the delivery fee was almost as much as the firewood itself. This was our fault as we did not ask ahead of time the cost for delivery but, didn’t expect it to practically double the total cost. If we use this company again we will definitely pick up the product ourselves. Most pieces of wood had areas that were visibly wet. Tried picking out what we thought were the driest pieces to use in our fireplace that day but still had moisture and were hard to keep lit. So you will have to dry it out a bit on your own & isn’t necessarily delivered dry.
