The gentleman who answered the phone is very Polite. However, I placed an order a week ago and got a quote. When I called to pay less than seven days later, I was told that it would be an additional $70 unless I ordered more gravel. I originally only needed three and I agree to purchase five now they want me to add an additional 2. I understand going up on the price if it’s been 30 days but your price is changed week a week that’s not a good business.

I called these guys for some base material for a paver driveway project. They went above and beyond, showing up early in the morning and late in the evening to deliver material. They took my project personally, and made sure to fit me into their schedule every day so I could keep things moving. They also helped me dispose of a lot of old concrete, including a whole foundation I discovered unexpectedly. Good prices, good people. Awesome company that I will call any time I have a job in the area.

Called and asked if they could deliver same day. Had me pay upfront before they would schedule me. All day passes and, of course, their truck “breaks down” but they promised delivery the next morning. I told them I went with them because they promised same day delivery and rain is in the forecast for the next day. Like clockwork, they call the next day and say they can’t deliver because the dirt is now mud. The one star is because they refunded me promptly. But if you’re in a time crunch, don’t bother.

We ordered some mulch for our property, and the delivery guy was great! he took care of dropping the material where I wanted it. Fully recommend this company!

Just had a great experience at Detroit Landscape Supply. Its a little tricky to find (the entrance is a parking lot for semis) BUT Gil hooked us right up with a reasonably priced load of garden mix (50/50 topsoil & compost). Then he kindly let each of my boys take a turn driving with him around the giant parking lot, which totally made their day! 😎 Thanks you for above and beyond customer service
