Dispatcher extremely rude. they were not clear on there pricing or lead time. Make sure they give a price that includes all taxes and fees. I was short on my calculation, when I called to order extra , they were extremely rude and disrespectful and said I did not know how to do my job, and to make sure I knew my yardage amount next time. Then when it came to pay the bill, they did not say they had a credit card fee. It’s only printed on the invoice at the end. I called to say I would bring them a check and I was not happy with them not relaying the credit card message and being disrespectful about this whole process. The dispatcher then told me to lose their number if I did not like them. The next day I went into pay with a check, their accountant told me to go somewhere else and buy. And and the owners wife came out and did nothing about the whole situation if I had employees like that, I wouldn’t be in business. Amazing that company state afloat so really think about if you want to purchase your concrete from. “ blunder ready mix “
