Who knew you could fall in luv with Rocks! I manage a vacation rental in Tampa. We were really tired of having to mow the backyard strategically between guests so we decided to put in a rock garden. The landscapers did the rock garden, but I needed to add a personal touch that would make it unique and attractive. My son had crushed shells delivered from Carroll's the year before. So he told me to check them out for rocks for my garden. Well at 2 - 3 am in the morning I Googled Carroll's and fell in Luv! OMG CARRIBBEAN GREEN ROCKS! That was the EXACT finishing touch I was looking for! I was there the earlier the next day with my pickup truck. I have to send a huge shout out to "DeVonte' Rollo". He saw me pitifully picking out the Caribbean rocks from the bin and provided the ultimate customer service. He came over with his forklift and other move rock bins so I had easier access to caribbean green rocks and even offered to pick out and load the rocks for me!!!!! We ended up forming a conveyor. I picked them out and DeVonte' loaded them onto the forklift for me, thus cutting down my time in St Pete allowing my to return to Tampa before rush hour. The entire experience was positive and easy. Once DeVonte' saw my vision, he showed me some additional rocks and I ended up buying 3 awesome accent rocks to give my garden a unique pop! At checkout Kenneth joined us loading the rocks into my truck and I was done in a snap! I will always go back to Carroll's when I need rocks. Their selection, customer service, and overall process is top notch. I will go there again. No more hunting for rocks on FaceBook. Thank you DeVonte' and Kenneth for making my vison come true!!

Such a great selection of products! They truly have a variety of unique landscape stuff, and even budget friendly options. I was super impressed with the wide selection! If you have questions, I suggest just going in and walking around to see it all in person. Choosing hardscape designs, stones, pavers ect is overwhelming (at least it was for me), Da Vonte was SOOO helpful. He hand laid out every single piece of flagstone so we could visualize it before weighing, he really went above and beyond!! I ended up ordering everything at once, delivery was scheduled for next day. For the products I could leave same day with, Da Vonte loaded up my car the protective plastic down for me! Highly recommend this place!

My delivery from Carroll’s today was great and we got the rocks just were I needed them. It could not have been possible without my delivery driver Jonathan. His expertise, friendliness and willingness to place the rocks in to best spot to finish my project! I will be asking for him with my next delivery. Carroll’s delivers again. I’ve been shopping at Carroll’s off & on for over 3 decades. I had 7 yards of crushed shell delivered. Great quality as always. The driver Jonathan laid it out beautifully. Not just in a pile. But a slow steady level spread pouring it out. Made it real easy for an almost 67 year old to finish spreading it out. Such great service and product. It really looks good. Always happy with my experience at Carrolls. All the guys are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Alex behind the desk was wonderful and de vonte was super patient with me as I decided on which flagstone pieces to select. They always load the materials in the car for you- Super fast and convenient! Highly recommended!
