The worst service return policy is only 15 days. They also want to inspect the cement bags, even like if they have an expiration date and but they were in good condition. When I bought them, I never inspected the bags to see if they were expired cause they don’t I only check to see if the bag is open that’s all and proceed to bought them because they are concrete cement bags, and it won’t get bad unless it’s wet or damaged, which it wasn’t. Despite this, they only wanted to refund me one bag. When we asked why and they got upset, they said, “Never mind, we won’t take anything bag and just throw it in my car.” They threw the bag hard in my car, causing all the interior to get dirty. I placed the bag in my car with care so I wouldn’t dirty the interior, but they wanted to make a point, so they just threw it and walked away. While they were walking away, three of the guys’ family members continued to insult us, as it seems is a family own business. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased a lot of material from here just because my contractor recommended it, but for future construction, I won’t ever go back. They’ll lose business with me and my entire family.
Very helpful and knowledgeable crew. Fast and efficient. Thanks guys!
Competitive prices. But they load the people with a bigger load first instead of first come first serve. Also FYI if you leave a deposit for taking a load in the pallet which is $37, you get back $30, not the full deposit. And they don't tell you the that.
I went there to buy some construction materials, the place offered to deliver if you needed. The service was good and fast, the price was moderate.
This place was a second choice at the last minute and we had NEVER heard of it. This is what we have to say after our FIRST visit: "...WOW! The food was SO delicious. We smashed out!!" The staff were QUALITY HOSPITALITY KILLERS (in a good way) - they had greetings, smiles; were personable, courteous, and just made my whole family comfortable. They had a dude at the door named Christian, an outright professional. Two handsome twin host/waiters (not really, but they extremely favor each other) and a foxy hostess that was a joy. Did I mention the COVID care throughout? It was well-organized and efficient. Look, we a shorty who is a picky eater. Tatsu fattened him up. He was disappointed his stomach wasn't as big as his eyes. We will be back here and I have to say for a first-timer, they made an impression on the whole family. Thank you, Team Tatsu for the service and impression you made on my family.
