Western Landscape Supply

I've been here a few times for their U-Haul services but not as a landscaping customer so I can only comment on the U-Haul aspect of the business really and the employees in general. The staff for both are friendly and helpful and my experience with renting trailers has always been a pleasant one. Although I don't need help attaching a trailer to my truck, they've always done so and for safety reasons make sure that all your lights work as well. Well Done. One word of advice though to customers and another to the employees alike is that if they're open to say 3 p.m. all things U-Haul STOP at 2:30. This was made quite clear with a conversation I was listening to right in front of me with two employees talking to one another about another customer and their seemingly not so pleasant conversation regarding the 30 minute stipulation. Being in retail myself, I get it, but there was no need to have that conversation in front of another customer. That other customer not knowing their 30 minutes "rule" could have been me or in another business or situation, you. Just saying guys and gals, there's a time and a place for that type of conversation and in front of other customers, it's definitely not it so only a three star rating. Had that conversation not taken place in front of me, then you would have gotten five stars. Am I being picky, maybe. Did I pull a "Ken" and complain to management, no. Would you have gotten a talking to if I did? I don't know. If the role were reversed and I was the one talking "smack" and another customer complained to my manager would I have gotten a talking to? You bet I would have, so please watch your conversations because you never know...

Fast, friendly, and professional. I called, and within 2 hours I had a stacked 1/2 face cord of cherry and birch. The person who took my order knew the BTUs for each type of wood we discussed. The driver, Nick, was a stacking machine! It was awesome to see him do his job so well.

These guys are awesome. Steve always hooks me up when I call. Their service is always dependable and fast. I always order firewood from them and the quality is top notch. I love supporting local businesses and this is a good one.

I bought a bag of birch bark for kindling. It took me a few years to use it all. The bag was filled with rocks to make it seem more full than it was. What a scam.
