Great experience with staff. Had issues with snow blower and Bobby. Parts manager. Said parts cost more than the blower was worth. Bought a used blower and the 1st use the gears in transmission went out. They looked at it and said it was shot. Looking it over with Micah. Maint. Showed me issues and made sure they would give me full refund. Micah said they were junking it out so I asked if I could take it back and make both blowers into one. Said absolutely. They were great to talk with. Work with and always there to make sure you don't leave unsatisfied. Never to screw anyone over and want you back. Thanks again to Bobby, Steve, and Micah.

This store is sharp! The interior is clean and well organized. The people are friendly. I saw a price online for an item I wanted. The manager could not have been nicer. Not only did he have the item waiting for me at the register..but he matched the "online only" price -- even though it was a slightly different model. Probably a slightly more expensive one. *I'll come back here again.

Top both staff that is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Stopped in to get a new chain for my chain saw and they knew exactly what I needed when I gave them the model number. They will help you find the right parts when you are doing a home project.

My first visit to this store. I'd ordered a shop vac online and went to pick it up. Very friendly employees! It was a cold MN winter day, but a man insisted on putting on his jacket and carrying the box to my car for me.
