Ordered 12 tons of "top soil". Specifically asked if it was clay or sand heavy. Was told it wasn't. When it arrived it was sand and clay. Looked like they dug it out from across the road. When i called i was told "that is our top soil". Never heard anyone ever call sand and clay top soil. I'm trying to start a farm and i wasted $225 for 12 tons of more of what i already have for a field. Planned on buying more when i had the chance. I wont be going back again.
