Randles Sand & Gravel

Had a landscaper offer free Retaining wall spall rocks for me to pick up, after some calculations on two 5 ton dump truck rentals, fuel, mileage from Greenlake in Seattle to our property in Puyallup, thought I would check on prices of Delivery or pickup of these same rocks for our project at Randles Sand and Gravel off 192nd and Canyon in Puyallup 2/24/2025. The staff here at Randals were extremely helpful from the time I walked in being greeted by a friendly front desk operator, not sure her name Kowie, to Ryan H. with dispatch who gave me excellent customer service offering to drive out to the Rock Quarry to personally show me their products. I would highly recommend anyone, especially homeowners to stop in here for any bulk landscape needs vs a big box Hardware store.

Our small backyard project was successful thanks to Ryan at Randles Sand&Gravel. They were super kind when I visited them to ask questions, and even Ryan delivered just one yard of gravel and later half yard again. I cannot express how I appreciate them and I never met any vendor/people like them. Even my order is really small, I felt that they really care about customers with sincere mind&heart. Really appreciate your help and great support!

We ordered gravel to redo our large driveway and alley area. The folks in the office were so helpful in confirming the quantity and type of gravel to order. Scheduling was easy. They gave a 4 hour window and called shortly before arriving. The delivery driver was excellent. He dropped the materials exactly where we needed. It required some maneuvering, and I was so grateful with how careful he was with our property. Seriously stellar service!

The whole entire staff was super nice and helpful! Excellent customer service over the phone answering all my questions and in person they had the Patience! I definitely recommend as a homeowner throwing away some broken up concrete!

I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service! Ordered some gravel then had second thoughts if it would match what we had currently. They sent Rick out to our home before delivery date to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed! They adjusted order to meet our needs! Highly recommend!!
