great place to do business with, the only place around that has shells that I wanted. price is good also ,the people from the office to the loaders were easy to work with. i will go back next time I need bulk,

Office manager is a very unpleasant woman. She hung up on me immediately after I began to speak. This happened both times I called for availability information. Also, she wasn't there when I first arrived, she drove up a few minutes later when I was about to leave. The rear workers were nice enough, but they assisted other customers, who had entered after I did. Perhaps it was because I was only filling up several buckets and not a truck full of stones, but that shouldn't have been cause for their deterrence. Plus, I'm a small frame woman and shoveling rocks into ten 5 gallon buckets is fairly strenuous. Therefore, only 2 stars because although I love the slate chips and the marble chips, the last time I bought them, the slate pieces were much smaller while the marble pieces were much larger than normal.

Had a great experience. Woman running the window was very patient with me because I had zero idea what the process was. The loader was way more careful than I expected and very friendly. Looking forward go making more visits in the future!

When my pebbles arrived they were soaking wet. I called to ask why and the lady defensively said theres no cover over them so it's from the rain. It rained 3 days ago so I find the whole situation odd. It frustrating because they charge by weight. She didn't say anything in terms of how they adjust for it so I'm guessing they don't and you will simply get less product. I think the dump truck driver did a great job unloading the pebbles and spreading it out on my driveway and the product itself is nice besides all the water. If I had to do it again I would wait a week or so after it rains.
