Called in today and talked to Zoe to get a few quotes. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She was ready to help and more than happy to answer all of my questions. 10/10 service!

If you need brick, call these guys and ask for Jon. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He tracked down brick that met what we wanted despite supply issues. He also managed to make up for our sometimes lack of planning and rushed out supplies to keep our guys working. Great man and company to work with, highly recommended!

The dispatcher at this plant is very in reliable. A few weeks ago we called and told them we would need a truck thatl Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday the following week. He said he would put us on the book. Monday before we called to verify and they told us they had no truck available all week. Today w has 12 yards ordered. The first truck came I time but the second didn't show up when it was supposed to. We call the plant and they tell us it will be another 45 to hour before the second truck come. That's after the 1st truck had already been gone 30 minutes. Concrete is setting up and no truck in sight.

Had a horrible experience with an employee at this company. The problem with family owned companies is that they are all employees there and will continue to be until their complete lack of professionalism begins to cost the company more money than the person is worth. For all of your sakes, as I would rather rot in hell than use this company again, I hope they figure out Deena's asset vs liability issues pretty quickly. Issue could've been handled in one phone call and a quick trip 2 miles down the road from them. Instead, it took 3 days and having to go around her to just get a simple question answered. If my family member had zero customer service training or skills they certainly wouldn't be in direct contact with customers. Simple. Sorry I ever thought about buying rocks at all.
