Contacted them via phone to purchase gravel. Gave very specific information about product needs and the help was "lack luster", at best. Not informative... couldn't give clear info and told me to call back another time since they couldn't find people to answer some of my price requests. Poor customer service. Went to another company who were very helpful.

This place had exactly what I was looking for: another rock for my turtles. The blonde lady at the counter was very helpful and kind although I did not get her name. Would come back again if I needed stones or rocks. They had a great selection and my turtles are pleased! Thank you!!

The best customer service, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The woman at the front desk was as sweet as can be.

Mike F (truck 6095) came and delivered my rocks today and did an excellent job! I was a bit nervous on the color as they looked darker than what I thought and he reassured me that it was because they were wet. He was so nice and put some in the sun to dry so I could confirm before he dumped the rock and I appreciated this so much!
