Love the quality of flowers and plants they sell. This is my 3rd year of taking a 40 minute ride up to get what I need for my flower boxes..with results like this I will keep going back..even though they are a little on the pricier side..its worth the results.

3 years later. These Norwegian spruce are in sad shape! I was assured that they would “green up”. I called shop a few times and drove down to speak to sales. They never followed up

Delahunty's is such wonderful place!! Got our Christmas tree here, even though it was just a few days before Christmas still a high quality tree! The picture does not even do justice ! Every year we always go here to get our tree!! Wonderful experience every time and excellent customer service!!

I've ordered a decent amount of mulch from them in the past. I've been mostly happy with them for small jobs, but they have really screwed me over twice on large jobs where I was told I would get mulch first thing in the morning and it's 12:00 noon and I still don't have mulch yet. Lost hundreds of dollars twice on jobs they've completely dropped the ball on. It happened one year and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again the next year, boy was that a mistake. I thought it was impossible for a professional business to screw up the same exact way two years in a row on my biggest commercial job. I called a week in advance, made sure I was first on the list, made sure they had the correct color mulch, everything was all set. Apparently, they just like to take an order and take your money without actually confirming this information. Day of the job, I have machines rented and crew waiting on mulch and no one shows up. I call and they make excuses of why their driver is not going out. After a couple more hours, I come to find out the real reason they are not going out with my delivery is that they don't have the correct color mulch in stock. I find this out 3 hours past when they are supposed to deliver. Instead of being upfront with me about that first thing in the morning when I called to check on this order before renting my machine, they said everything was fine and it would be there shortly. Well your bad service and lies to cover up the real issue at stake cost me and my crew valuable time and you've proven yourself incompetent and reliable to do business with.

I purchased a 2 inch caliper scarlet oak in May 2023 to plant @ my home in Maine as a long lasting remembrance memorial tree for a precious beloved relative . I traveled down to NH with a utility trailer to transport the burlap & wired balled tree . Jerry , the manager assisted me to place the tree on trailer and to cover it with a protective tarp . He told me to keep the burlap & wire wrap on when planting and the tree was Guaranteed for a Year . . I dug a whole 2 times the diameter of the root ball and kept the root flare above grade . I diligently watered the sapling with a trickle irrigation hose around the tree with the connecting hose attached to a spigot with a timer set for an hour per day for the 1st 3 months . The tree did sprout some green foliage . But come late September the leaves turned brown much earlier than surrounding trees . I thought it was just the natural cycle for a newly planted tree . As Spring 2024 started , no new buds/ leaves developed. Very disappointed, I contacted Jerry . He initially told me he would order & provide a replacement. Then he called back a couple of weeks later to inform me he would not . He said since I planted it , the tree was only warranted for 6 months . If his company had planted it , it would warranted for a 1 year . I was so disappointed & upset to say the least that he just brushed me off in that matter of fact manner . Not only losing the cash value but the extremely sentimental symbolism this tree represented . Buyer beware of Delahunty’s poor treatment & lack of empathy for their customers as well as their “ 1 Year Guarantee “ that’s only 6 months long !
