I want to write a better review but communication has been terrible. Trying to DIY a patio and I estimate that we've spent 6 weeks just waiting for a call or an email back. At first, quick turnaround to an email inquiry on their website. From then on, it's taken extraordinary effort for us to get responses - we call, we email, we drop by the store (not convenient for a working couple). Move a few steps forward - whenever we do make contact, the staff has been pleasant and nice to work with. Then when we reach out again to move ahead, more waiting. Right now - I can't really proceed on the patio because I'm waiting for a call back so I can order more sand. So frustrated.

Bad business.Very disappointed after buying trees and shrubs from the nursery. Purchased a tree on sale and after nurturing and watching it closely it died very quickly. In hindsight I should have realized the tree was on sale because it was deeply rooted in the nursery's soil and could not be extracted and balled properly for planting. I should have rejected the tree when the root ball was really non-existent but I trusted them. Tried to compromised with owner and he offered $100 credit for a $500 plus endeavor with delivery. my gardener has purchased much product for me here. He and SAVE A TREE insured the size and depth of the hole was proper and watering guidance. was followed All that didn't matter to the owner.

We had a wonderful experience during our purchase of stone patio supplies. We had close to 2,000 SQ. FT of pavers that were purchased. And the material was delivered without any mistakes. I worked directly with Santos (works in the yard) and Laurie (works in office), they were both wonderful to work with. Santos was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us in picking out the right pavers for the project. He made sure that we were pleased and informed every step of the way. Laurie and Santos were eager to help us and provided exceptional customer service beyond our expectation. We were informed every step of the way and delivery + product were spot on. They also had a great variety of pavers selection for all budgets, with great warrantee. If your looking for reputable, honest, business dealing look no further, these guys stand behind their word and integrity. I’ve been doing business with Dunning long before they opened this stone yard ,but this is my first review. Writing reviews allows me to give credit to businesses that deserve it ;not to mention helps me get to sleep . I buy from various stone yards in the area , and can say that Dunning has a good selection of what I use on my jobs . (Bluestone, grouts , concretes , Belgian blocks , etc ) The sales staff has always been very helpful , and the yard guys are hardworking . I look forward to another year of working with this business.
