Got charged 180$ 3 times because some lady didn't know what she was as doing and kept telling me “if the card isn’t going through, you might not have sufficient funds” In the end got my money back but had to call the bank and every time the card was charged it went through no problem It’s almost like I had enough money?

I ordered 8 yards of premium hardwood mulch-it arrived on time, was carefully dropped in our driveway and is a high quality product. Communication was great and the price was reasonable. We will use Ground Effects again! I’m editing this a year later to once again add another positive review. This time we ordered metal edging and mulch. The employees we worked with went out of their way to show us around the yard, and to process our order. Everything came quickly and has worked out great once again.

Good prices, helpful and friendly staff. They sell different rocks by the 1/4 ton. So bring a truck.

Had a great experience with Ground Effects Outdoor Living. Ordered a truckload of mulch and they were very helpful, priced right and had it to my door in less then 24 hours. Driver was nice and did a great job of carefully dumping the load exactly where I asked which was in a tight spot. Will definitely use them again for all my landscaping needs.

Needed a few brick samples for a patio, the rep inside took my order and I had Cory pull them from their stock and he was professional and very helpful. Overall a positive experience.
