Very nice personel working here. You can bring here masonry debris and pick up material for masonry or tuckppinting job. And if you need a concrete you can order here also.
By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a concrete supply company. Monday 11/13 , I placed an order in for concrete that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 11/15, the lady over the phone gladly took my deposit and placed my order. CONFIRMED the order within that same day. Tuesday 11/14, I rescheduled my order due to the rain for Thursday 11/16 which they STILL VERIFIED would work! Today Wednesday 11/15 rolls around, I get a call around 2pm from the supplier informing me that "due to the cold weather" we will not be supplying you with concrete no longer. I was informed 3 Hours before they close the plant which really goes to show how much they value customers. That is absolutely absurd and unprofessional. Not once was I informed prior of the possibility; we wouldn't get concrete due the weather. Don't waste your time with this company, truly dishonest people doing business. No help whatsoever with coming to a resolution either. Thanks, Advanced On-site Concrete. You guys are the worst!
Ageism is real it’s sad someone new came and bought this place & forced out people that have been there 20 plus years it’s not like they get health insurance either. Sad I wouldn’t do business here unless you’re desperate but even then beware.
It was my first time dealing with Advanced and it wasn’t the product or the prices that stood out, it was the customer service. My back was really hurting after removing an old sidewalk concrete all day, and when i walked in to pay for the pickup full of broken concrete, Armando asked the general question what could he do to help, not knowing I was in pain. I jokingly asked if he had any pain medicine as Mari, who is also genuinely nice, began to process the payment. Next thing I know, Armando is digging around trying to find some Advil or Tylenol for me! Who does that?! Who even cares about random customers that way?! That’s what going above and beyond expectations looks like! Armando’s empathy and Mari’s kindness are refreshing, especially in today’s world, and they are the reason for my review.
These people are charging three times what a tool costs. I went in to buy one tuckpointing tool and it was priced 23.00. Come on really! It’s a 12.00 tool. I will never support my neighborhood building material company with prices like that. Amazon had the same one for 7.00!
