These folks have the best customer service in Hawaii! They walked me through plumbing issues and one of the gentleman there spent time to show me how to fix my sliding screen door. Don’t have time to give ten more examples over the course of many years I have worked with them. Mahalo!!!

Love this store. Needed a unique plumbing solution. Perry creatively solved my need to lower my shower head and then also hunted a replacement for my kitchen sink soap dispenser bottle. Great to shop where help is offered and advice can be trusted.

I purchased a weed eater 3 months ago that suddenly stopped working. I took it back in hoping for any assistance whatsoever. After speaking with Auntie Julie the manager on duty, she was quick to say “let’s exchange it.” The policy is supposed to be 30 days and this is usually where you get stuck at larger retail stores. I’m so thankful for her kindness and it truly reflects the heart behind Hardware Hawaii and how they operate. I won’t forget it and they will continue to receive my business for years to come. Thank you Auntie Julie and Uncle Glenn for all your help!

New to the island. Needed a crappy replacement part for a cheap table I ordered from amazon. A sweet woman instantly asked if I needed assistance and staff helped salvage one piece by unscrewing it with pliers that we don’t yet have at home. And she instantly knew where to direct me to get the parts I needed. Table is fixed and I will definitely be returning to get more stuff as we get settled into our new home. She saved me so much time not having to return that table. We’re down to the bare bones at the moment as a military move. So being able to fix the table without having to return it is a big deal for us. The cashier and security guard were also super sweet. Love this local shop!

They have some of the best workers. I can't remember everyone's name, but they are just so great people, the real people with hearts. Helpful and friendly. That's one reason we prefer to buy at Hardware Hawaii. Mahalo!
