Russ's Mulch & Topsoil

The truck showed up an hour later than what they said and wasted all that time we could’ve been working. This put us an hour back for the rest of the day with all the other jobs we had scheduled. It also made us look bad in front of customers who see us just standing around for an hour on the job with no mulch to spread. Truck was guy was nice though when he did come.

Company dump truck #10 was tailing me crazy/dangerously close on Rawson Ave in Franklin. I took Hwy 36 west as he followed and before I was even able to merge, he merged before me at probably twice the speed limit. Can't believe the similar comments I've read. These drivers need to get off the roads before they hurt someone!

Almost killed on my way home from work as your dump truck driver shot across three lanes of traffic to get to his exit and almost side swiped me. Looking at the other reviews it's about time you got some better drivers.

I had Russ's mulch my commercial property. Absolutely the worst mulch job I've ever seen. They showed up with pitch forks and shovel - no rake (how do you not rake the mulch to get it somewhat even?). They just threw it around. They threw the mulch all over the side of my freshly painted white walls (which are now stained) and all over the aluminum window sills. They dropped loads of mulch all over my freshly sealed blacktop parking lot when there was no need to do that. I'm spending all day with a hose trying to clean up their mess. Zero pride in their work or business. Never again.

They are super. Very nice and accommodating for ordering and delivery. I ordered 20 yards of hemlock mulch for my business. They made ordering smooth. The delivery was exceptional. 5 stars if you need mulch!
