Great company, drivers were careful when they poured foundation, patios, and driveway for my house, and my neighbors.

Lycon of Janesville. One of your dump trucks damaged my vehicle and cracked my windshield . I called to report the incident and your company refused to take responsibility for your damages. I would not recommend anyone go through this company for anything. They are not responsible.

If you see any of their dump trucks on the interstate - stay a mile back. I was about 600 yards behind one when my passenger and I started getting pelted by rocks. One of which shattered my windshield. Even with video evidence and speaking with a rep from the company (who avoided my texts and emails for a week after we spoke) doing and “internal investigation” they decided it was quote “an act of god” and they were not responsible. On the video I provided them you could see that the spew of rocks were coming from between the truck bed and gate. So either the gate was not latched or the truck bed was so damaged that there were dented gaps allowing rocks to escape. Their technician claimed he didn’t find any rocks in the bed of the truck - well that’s because the rocks all flew out along 90 E and hit my car as well as others. I understand that there can be freak accidents where your windshield gets hit by a rock and there’s nothing anyone can do about it - but this was not the case. My windshield was not damaged by “rocks off the shoulder of the highway” but by loose gravel that escaped from a damaged and/or neglected truck owned by Lycon. After looking at others reviews on this page this seems to be a trend of this company, damage and claim plausible deniability.

I ordered a truck on Monday for Friday, today, and they lost my ticket, or needed all the trucks on bigger jobs. I have 5 guys here with a rented concrete buggy.... doing nothing. They need people skills. John is not capable of taking orders or dont care about my 6 yards. Forget this company. I would schedule Ozinga in Beloit they serve all of Rock county.

Quality concrete with the best availability in slots, 3years and going no complaints. fond du lac drivers are polite and are good at what they do. Most people are fast to judge on a bad day and give a 1 star , but in reality lycon is serving a wide area and they do a great job keeping it all in line.
