Copeland Sand & Gravel

I buy gravel here regularly. Filling in pot holes, making a field tolerable to drive into. Hauled about 4000 lbs of gravel in my little trailer last Monday. Moved it to back yard. Pulled in weighed loaded and leaving both times in under 10 minutes. Quick fast and easy.

We ordered gravel for a driveway and Copeland's did an exceptional job getting the trucks out there when we needed it. Everyone was very professional and curious. I definitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.

Ordered 10 yards of gravel which came in a 10 yard truck. Truck was only a little over half full but they insist it was 10 yards and won’t do anything about it. Driver even admitted to not paying attention when they loaded it. It’s maybe around 6 yards after measuring. Very very disappointed in paying $500 for a short load.

bid one price, billed higher. the work was not professional at all and caused damage to our property. would not recommend using this company for any type of work.

Landlady ordered a truck of gravel to smooth over a rough part of our easement. She waited at the end of it and led the driver up making a stop on the way up to point out specifically the part she was needing the gravel over. They then went the rest of the way up so he could turn around and drop gravel as he was going down leaving. When they got to the property she got out and went over again where it was needed. Then the guy let it all out on the smooth patch of driveway and ran out right where he should have been starting. I’ve known my land lady for ten years and never seen her more upset. She’s 68 and on fixed income, she can’t afford that kind of mistake and their response was essentially “oops, he said he thought that’s where he was supposed to lay it - we can send you another truck load next week at full cost.” She’ll never and I will never spend another dime with them.
