Friendly staff other than the yard manger needs to learn to be cordial and learn customer service skills and not get bent out of shape screaming and yelling acting like a jerk telling me I cant read signs.I need not go in the office when i parked near the office to walk in the building to talk with the scale master concerning load tickets. I compiled with the rules on the sign coming in to the yard wearing proper ppe.
