There's no communication within the company. They were supposed to deliver a gravel and 1/4 minus Yavapai today at noon, and they never arrived or contacted us to let us know why the delivery wasn't made today. The delivery time and date were already scheduled for today, which caused a delay to the project in progress. As a company, we have the responsibility to inform the customer of any inconvenience that may have occurred with the delivery, and not wait until we have to keep calling them to see when they will deliver the order placed yesterday, April 29, 2025.

I purchased some #57 river rock, upon delivery it had a lot of pee size gravel in it. I reached out to the team and the owner, they looked into it and agreed that the quarry didn’t send the quality they were expecting. The owner sourced more product from a different quarry, had me come look at it, while it’s a little bigger in size, but very consistent I’m ordering 4 ton to finish my home improvement project. Very satisfied with the outcome of my buying from Rock Werks Landscaping Supplies!!

Great customer service and great prices.

Buyer Beware…these people tried to rip us off, thinking we did not know how much a yard would amount to in volume. Unfortunately for them we are in the excavation business and know exactly how much a full yard is. We paid $125 for delivery right in Casa Grande and they initially brought just a half yard. Had to call the office and complain then they brought the other half.

Great place to get landscape rock. Staff was very helpful. Best pricing in town and they delivered the next day.
