We had a flagstone paver walkway to rebuild for a great client. The client was specifically looking for a type of stone and color to go between her existing flagstone pathway. The employee Jenni was great at sending photos of the different stone fines they offered at Site One / Semco and the different high quality edging to make the project stand out much better. Jenni really went out of her way to accommodate our company and the clients wants/needs. This is not the first time she has gone out of her way to help our company provide great results. Great customer service is fading away but Jenni went above and beyond AGAIN!!! The customer is extremely happy with our job, loves the filler stone /edging and we couldn't have accomplished this without the professionalism of Jenni.

I shop here often. I went to get material there today and there equipment was down. I asked if i could use my own equipment to load material. The manager Mike Reitz said yes and even gave me a slight discount for the inconvenience.
