Overall great place. Great variety of products. They have a product sample display to help you decide what you need AND what it is called. Scale house and loader operators run channel 25 on c.b. Unless you request otherwise, the loader will top your truck off, while on the scale, to maximize efficiency. Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. Even when they get really busy, they always make it a point to get everybody loaded quickly and safely. Fairly quick and easy to get loaded and scaled out. This place is just barely off the interstate, making it easily accessible, and they carry a broad variety of products from fine sand to chest size river slicks (and great sizes for fire pits)... I'm not sure if they have a bathroom available to customers, but if I find out that they do... They will definitely get that other star. UPDATE: they DO have a bathroom available for customers.... You just have to ask.

Great friendly staff. I've made many trips to get 1500-2000lbs of gravel in a pickup truck. The operators are delicate and pricise with loading to ensure my truck isn't damaged during the process. 10/10

If you need gravel THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO..I called about a pickup load of gravel ...they gave me a price ....went to pick it up lady in scale office said we don't do that anymore I NEEDED TO GO SOME WHERE ELES .....I TOLD HER THAT I TALKED TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WAS NOT A PROBLEM....THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE ...DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS...I CALL THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY ??? TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED ?? GAVE HIM MY INFORMATION A FOR HIM TO CALL ME BACK WHEN HE FOUND OUT SOMETHING ....LITTLE OVER A WEEK LATER HAD NOT CALLED ME BACK....SO I CALLED HIM HE DONE NOTHING BUT I DID SEE A NEW NOTE ON SCALE OFFICE DOOR.....!!! SAY THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE!!! SO IF YOU NEED GRAVEL GO SOME WHERE ELES !!! THEY DONT WANT YOU MONEY THEY ARE. GOOD IN THAT DEPARTMENT...SO IT IS BEST FOR YOU TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE ..!! THAT NEEDS YOUR SERVICE AND MONEY AND TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT.....!!

Would have loved to give them business. Not accepting new accounts even though prices were given over the phone when we budgeted the project a few months ago when I called. Wanted an entire dump truck load of river rock. Now have to buy from another supplier at double or more of the cost because they won't sell unless you are a past customer. Very disappointed in this experience of trying to give business and being turned away!
