Just wasted about an hour of my day because your website says 1 o’clock pulled up there at around 12:35 to 1240 and there was nobody in sight and you guys were closed

Stopped in to order some top soil and it was delivered within a few hours, Very good quality soil, much better than the last “top soil” we got from a other local place, very little clay and spread easily. Definitely the new “go to”.

Captain Bob Bloome says Des Plaines material has the best pulverized black dirt I’ve ever bought.

8-9 years ago, I got "garden soil" delivered from these guys. It could not have been better soil, just excellent stuff, filled with all kinds of organic matter. In 2023 I wanted another garden so I ordered another truckload of "garden soil". They delivered it, dumped it into the raised bed I had built with wood planks, but I could NOT have been more disappointed!!! It smelled like gasoline and turpentine, it was chock full of all sorts of plastic bits, metal bits, wires, etc. wow, it was bad, plus it was infested with ANTS! I couldn't return it, (I mean how could I) so I added as much organic material to it as I could. This year, 2024, even after all the leaves and grass and other organic material I've added, I'm STILL pulling out plastic of all shapes and sizes, plastic bag parts, rubber pieces, metal pieces, AND fighting all the ANTS, it's just never ending!!! If you use their soils for a lawn, it might be ok, but I wanted an "ORGANIC" vegetable garden, and this soil is anything but organic! If you want soil for an organic garden, go somewhere else!

The guys there hooked me up with a drain lid I couldn’t find anywhere else. Works perfect!
