Brannan Sand and Gravel have been working on a large-scale project in our neighborhood in Golden, CO for quite some time. I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work and communication from Sergio and his crew throughout the entire process. The work on our street has been completed, and it looks fantastic. While there are still a few loose ends to tie up near some homes, including mine, Sergio has continued to check in regularly and keep us informed every step of the way—even stopping by just to reassure us that we haven’t been forgotten. Throughout the project, Sergio and his crew have been consistently hard-working, respectful, and professional. I’ve seen them out there in all kinds of weather, putting in long hours with clear dedication to doing the job right. Whenever I had a question, they were approachable, helpful, and always willing to explain things. Unfortunately, I’ve also witnessed a few unnecessary confrontations from neighbors, which is disappointing considering how courteous and communicative this team has been from the start. I want to ensure Sergio and his team's effort, transparency, and quality workmanship are recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Brannan Sand and Gravel, for your hard work and for always keeping the lines of communication open.

I'm 63, disabled and I live on a fixed income. brennan is replacing the water lines and has been driving their big trucks, some full of dirt, for quite a while in the park. They took out my entire garden fixing the water lines. I was told they have a fund to replace the garden. Nothing from brennan yet. It's been a few months. I used to enjoy my garden. Now it's just rocks. Today, I'm not able to drive anywhere because I have a SECOND FLAT TIRE on my new car in less than a week. After paying for the first flat tire because the hole was so big, I have no money left for little things like milk and eggs. I can't use my roadside assistance because I don't have the $$ they charge. I have left messages for ivan, the foreman, here in the trailer park. I called and left a message for the corporate office and called again later in the day. I spoke to a really compassionate woman. She told me I needed to talk to kyle. kyles entire tone on the phone told me he didn't think it was his fault. I asked to get someone here to remove my flat tire, so, hopefully, someone would show up to take my second flat tire to see if it could be fixed They wouldn't help. I wonder if I would have been treated differently if I was a man Don't use brennan. It could be your mother with a second flat tire, from inside the park, and we all know it's because of the entire mess they have made during their time here. Their refusal to take responsibility for the problems they have caused me. My friend staying with me also had a flat tire yesterday. Kyle says, this has never happened before to them. Don't use them. Don't use them. DON'T USE THEM. They are bad news.

Thank you so much Jason! Brennan picked up so much slack and empty promises of another company, even though they didnt have to. Jason came through and made it happen. Brennan rescued our project we had been working on for a month and had it done in 48 hours. Seriously compassionate about customers needs. Jason you are an amazing human. Truly appreciate what you did and I will forever reccomend this company. They also gave me references of someone else that also pulled through and helped us great people, fantastic work ethic. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Go Direct Sewer and Water came over to our home on 10/9/18 to give an estimate on sewer line replacement. After vetting three other different companies we decided to go with Go Direct. Sewer line replacement started on 10/8/18 at 08:30. Between 14:00 and 15:00 that day my neighbor's fence was found leaning over at 120 degrees and with a noticeable dent and scrape on the hatch of his SUV, parked a few feet behind the fence. Neither the Go Direct crew nor the subcontracted sand and gravel company, Brannan Sand and Gravel, came to me or my neighbor when the fence was hit. My neighbor asked the Go Direct crew for their manager's number after noticing the damage shortly after 15:00. My neighbor contacted Go Direct about the damage to the fence and SUV and representatives from Go Direct and Brannan Sand and Gravel came out to look at the damage. After this Go Direct denied running into the fence, but the three-person crew onsite did notice that the Brannan cement truck had to negotiate through the alley-way wires and had to navigate back-and-forth, close to my neighbor's fence, in order to clear the cables in the alley-way. After Go Direct contacted Brannan, Brannan refused to take responsibility stating that their "third-party" driver denies ever running into my neighbor's fence or the adjoining light post. Go Direct told my neighbor to go ahead and get an estimate for the repair work on the fence and SUV, to work on the settlement with Brannan. Once my neighbor received the scope of work from Brannan's estimator, Go Direct said that they would cover half of the repair costs and that Brannan should take care of the other half of the costs. However Brannan refused to pay for any of the repair costs after getting the estimate on the repair costs. The one star review of Brannan Sand and Gravel is for the continual excuses for why they were not responsible for the damages to my neighbor's fence and SUV. The reasons ranging from: 1. It took my neighbor too long to report the problem to them, even though my neighbor made contact with Go Direct the following day that the damages occurred. 2. They use a third-party driver for their cement trucks. 3. Deny that the truck had to negotiate through the cables in the alley way, despite three other witnesses. shows the true nature of this irresponsible company.
