Copeland has Great pricing in ordering 6 yards of sandy loam in the office then the driver had call ahead for me the next morning for delivery making sure I was home for the delivery. Top notch local company!

I buy from yards all over dfw and this is by far the best spot for sand and gravel. Prices are the best I ever seen. The owner is a great guy, he over saw my large order and even delivered it quickly at no additional cost. Great communication and it was awesome to be able to talk to the owner and know everything was going to plan. Highly recommend them, I’ll be using their service any chance I get

Great working with David! Really nice guy! Ordered a 6 yard load on a Monday morning. David said he would try to get it delivered Tuesday AM, but he called Monday afternoon (the same day!), and said he was loading up and heading out. They dumped the load exactly where I asked! Had a great chat with David- the owner today. He's been in this business forever. Hes also been here in Princeton when the population was 300 or so he's told me. Friendly guy, amazing service. Just moved to the area and I own a landscape business. This is going to be my supplier without a doubt. Prices and customer service is spot on! My step dad had a delivery and asked them to drag it as they dumped and they left the gate blocked and drive way un usable. I've had alot rock delivered and spread and that's the worst I've seen left like that they've always drug it pretty even.
