I had a damage in my car driving 11/27/2023 on 91Fwy west bound, made a claim and the company is denying responsibility to repair. What is the best way to handle this, any ideas? -sad and disappointed ☹️

I never do these things at all, but the fact that this river almost rammed me off the lane, and decided to make hiw own lane is pretty scary. Going on the 60, and the guy decides to overtake a lane he knows he cant make, when he realizes he cant, he decides to ram me out of my lane so he can be in the lane(in a merge lane where he has no business trying to get ahead when im ft ahead) after all of that he decides to go into another merge lane, that doesnt even turn into a lane to go ahead of traffic. Tried to get a picture of the company he works for because it was so unacceptable, and unprofessional, but instead I got this! even better. If the company doesnt care about the citizens on the road, why would they care about your business?

Like many other people before me apparently, my car's windshield and paint were destroyed while driving near a pair of WCSG trucks couple weeks ago. Rocks and sand came out from the top of their truck and hit my car. WCSG *of course* says it's not their fault, that it was probably road debris. LOL

Just like everyone else rocks flew out of their truck and cracked my windshield and damaged my paint. Denied my claim. Happened on the 210 and 15 freeway.

I was on the 55 freeway going south a couple weeks ago when one of the trucks from this companies gravel broke my windshield. They were very easy to deal with and took care of me right away. They issued me a check and scheduled to repair for me so I didn't have to do anything but show up to get my window replaced. I cannot think this company enough for taking responsibility for the accident that happened, and that they took care of it quite swiftly and quickly. After being able to just give the time and location of the freeway that it happened on and the brief description they were able to check into it and find out that the truck was indeed carrying the gravel and fully replace my windshield in an excellent manner I would like to let everyone know that this company does take care of drivers who have had a legitimate claim.
