Well, don't expect a pleasant customer experience. Called with dimensions of the area for the gravel I needed. Whoever answered just said, "Multiply LxWxD and divide by 27, then call me back," and hung up. Ok, I'm not stupid, I can do the calculation as it only took about 10 seconds, but hanging up to have me call you back 10 sec later? Then, at the first hint that it looked like they MIGHT not be able to deliver when I was hoping to, he just hung up again. Maybe they're good, but couldn't tell you after my experience. Having been in the Navy and dealt with all kinds of people, respect and courtesy are very important to me... did't find that here. Who knows, maybe he was just having a bad day?
