INSERV, Inc. - Bulk Landscape Supply

I called early this week to order 3 yards of sand. They give me a quote of 112.00 with tax. The lady I spoke with there said we don't have much. We will bring what we have out there. I did some calculations and I called back yesterday and asked if they would possibly have anymore because I wanted 5 yards of sand. She took the information. They brought the sand this morning. It is NOT 5 yards of sand may not even be 2 yards but charged us 43.00 dollars more. When I attempted speaking to "Joe" he proceeded to scream at me over the phone... I will use anyone other than this place...

We did not end up using this company for a number of reasons. First, the landscape "designer" that came to meet my husband at our home was apathetic at best. He came by for 10 minutes, took a few measurements and spoke with my husband briefly about what we were wanting (which wasn't a lot). Then, said consultant, emailed us a quote for almost $6,000. We only wanted the front of our home done with black mulch and basic black edging (plants, flowers and one small tree) You'd think we were asking for a pond and some exotic trees and plants. Skip this place.

Called for prices on delivery of bulk dirt. Best prices around but unfortunately out of stock. Lovely woman on the phone gave me contact info for another family owned business that could probably help. Amazing customer service.

Friendly people to help. Prices were very reasonable. Saturday hours were appreciated.
