From the minute, I sent the inquiry to when the soil was delivered and the follow up after it was delivered I’ve had great service. The soil is super high quality, I believe I made all the neighbors jealous. And the price was very good also.

My husband and I closed on a new home recently and have some low spots in our yard that hold water. We have 7 dogs so we want to prevent that as much as possible. Due to this we reached out to Jacksonville Topsoil and inquired (via text, super convenient) about pricing, yardage, and delivery estimates. They contacted us back within 5 minutes of reaching out. Provided all of the details we needed and made customers out of us with their responsiveness. The excellent price point helped too 😉. We received an invoice within a couple of hours. Payment was an easy process. And had a next day delivery booked. They communicated with me an hour and a half or so before delivery to advise of an eta and contacted me upon arrival for further instructions. We ordered two truck loads of fill dirt. The delivery driver was courteous, respectful of our property, and lowered the truck with care. He had to leave to get the second load and was back in record time and he wished me a blessed day before departing. Definitely deserving of a tip! Safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with Jacksonville Topsoil and plan to utilize their services again in the near future. Ordered 5 cubic yards of topsoil. Rep on phone told me that it was triple screened and very good quality with very little debris. I think it's 20-30% sand he said on the phone. As you can see by his comments, it's 95% screened. Triple screened is what they stated. Unfortunately you don't find all the debris until you are spreading it in your yard. I have found so many glass pieces I cannot allow my kids on the yard and am limiting traffic for my pets. This is a liability waiting to happen for this company to sell this as they advertise. I can understand some debris but I got 7 gallons of rock, multiple pvc pipes, hundreds of pieces of asphalt shingles, about a half gallon worth of broken glass, weeds, applesauce lids. If you want good topsoil I recommend you look somewhere else. I'm a construction consultant for large commercial losses and will not be using Jacksonville Top soil on any jobs and will let my friends in the business here of my experience and customer service as well. Kids definitely couldn’t play in it like they wanted.
