I had very good experience with YardWorks and highly recommend their products and services. Recently ordered 10 yards of play mulch. It was delivered ahead of online schedule (per my request via a phone call.) Staff (driver and office person) was very friendly and helpful.

They delivered when they said they would and put the dirt right where I asked! Now the heavy lifting begins! Update (5/12/25): I’ve added some photos of my raised beds and I’d say Yardworks had the best dirt!

We ordered three cubic yards of mulch. Our delivery driver was excellent. He was courteous and maneuvered his truck carefully into our driveway and placed the mulch exactly where we asked. The mulch was delivered the day after our requested delivery date, but we were not contacted by mid-afternoon of the requested date and called Yard Works to learn that. Otherwise, they would get 5 stars.

I recently ordered topsoil from Yard Works and had an excellent experience. The soil quality was outstanding—clean, nutrient-rich, and perfect for my landscaping needs. The delivery was prompt and professional; the driver expertly placed the soil exactly where I wanted without disturbing any surrounding grass. The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall a great experience, but for some reason, they lost all of our previous order information (which we've come to rely on to know how much to get). We ended up way short on our order because of this, so we had to go out and buy more bags to lay down. That was disappointing. Our driver was super nice, communicative and friendly and he followed all instructions as to where to drop the mulch.
