Disappointing and Dishonest Experience I had a discouraging experience with RedCanyon Supply. I purchased 2 tons of gravel, only to find out it was heavily mixed with dirt, which inflated the weight and resulted in less actual gravel. This practice felt dishonest and unfair, as it seemed designed to maximize their profit at the customer’s expense. I recommend others be cautious and ensure they know exactly what they’re paying for. Gravel mixed with dirt not only reduces the value of the purchase but also feels like a scam. I expected integrity in my transaction, but unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.

LOVE this place! This trip I purchased only $9 worth of river rock, and they gave my toddler son a toy front end loader! ❤️

Red Canyon team, Thank you for your response. I appreciate the discount offer and free delivery. I would like to clarify that I did not decline small gravel. I just said that I want the bigger of the 2 rocks that were in the bins, side by side. I guess those would correspond to 1 inch instead of 1/2 inch. And I did insist that we need to walk on the stones. Anyways, I will see you at the store. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------- I placed an order on the phone and told the customer service lady that I needed rock for the front yard. I told her it had to be something that you can walk on and that it should fill the yard. I also told her that they had samples of the size in the front of the store that I had seen. I explained that they had the large size and the small size next to each other in bins. She mentioned Rip Rap. I told her that I don't know what that means but repeated that I needed something that I can walk on and that it has to cover the entire front yard. I placed the order for nearly $500. I did not receive any receipt with specifications. This morning, a load was delivered when I was in a work meeting. When I saw it ( after it was dumped), I was flustered because the stones are so big. The customer agent never explained to me that RipRap meant big stones that would not normally be used to cover the front yard, or that you cannot walk on it . Had I known this, I would have never have ordered the size! I called the store and the only thing they have been able to offer is to take the rocks back without charging me for the removal. I want at least a partial refund because I understand that 2 colors were mixed. But, I believe that customer agent must have explained what a Rip Rap is ! I would appreciate the owner looking into this and making a refund possible.

If you are in need of landscaping materials I highly recommend Red Canyon Supply. They have amazing prices and they were super quick with delivery. They were even able to bring me more dirt the same day because I underestimated how much material I would need. Staff is super friendly and helpful and I have been impressed with them since my first interaction. They truly have a customer for life with me!

Great selection of rock products. We purchased several different sizes of rocks, and everything was clean and with excellent color. Would recommend highly.
