It’s Taking us over a month to pick a color for the stucco and someone suggested to come to this place and ask for Diane. First, she wasn’t helpful and when I picked 2 colors from the wall sample. I asked her for samples to do it at our home. We waited 5 days and when my husband picked up the sample and we opened it at home, it wasn’t a paint sample. They were just blocks of paint like the ones they have on their wall. This is not what I wanted and she never explained that it was blocks of color and no paints. So, my husband started yelling at me, telling me I can’t do anything right and I’m very upset over lack of clarification of what kind of sample it is.

SHADY BUISNESS!!! Skimming going on here. In the office and out in the yard, most of them seem high... ALL of them just DON'T care and seem like they want to stab you let alone help. Called one week got a quote... 3 days later a different quote... today got another quote. All plus or minus by 3-5 hundred for the SAME MATERIAL. Only went because the client likes them. Not MY money... but my client was 100% ripped off by Thompson.

Joey and Junior helped me out a lot on a special order item. They came through when I needed them. I highly recommend the them.

Beware of deceptive and unscrupulous retail practices...bought a product that was in a sealed printed white bag (poly sand) and upon opening clearly contaminated and solidified. Took it back, counter help then manager claimed "we can't take it back since you opened it". Sure, with x-ray vision one may be able to determine this was a bad bag. Just ended up disputing the charge with my credit card provider and funds returned. Compared with the big box stores this outfit (now foreign owned) is loser.
