I've had good experiences so far here. I did an online pick up. Service desk was friendly and fast. Ethan helped me put a fridge on my truck. Very friendly and helpful

Order online for pick up today so I got there and logged in on the app and i waited for my order and no one came to me. After 30 min I went in to get my order, ever if I was all dirty because I'm working and don't want to waist my time going to the store.

I went to garden and the lady working was so nice and helpful. I was there about 830am. It is so nice to have someone so helpful. That is hard to find these days

I just went to Home Depot in Mt Vermont in Bakersfield to buy the batteries and lights .I was flow with one guy the man was scary with lots of tattoos I change my mind because I was carry lots of money to pay my workers at time I was leaving he approach me asked me where did you put batteries and told me he is security. I could not believe it he was asking me where I left batteries I told him look inside my purse I do not have anything he said we have you in camera you put a batteries in your purse I told him that is not true show it to me after that he told me I can go,never never I am gona go to Home Depot home depot they lost big customer I have 29 houses in bakersfeild

At first the staff said they could not help me with a small problem, but then the manager herself came up with a solution and got it done. Above and beyond here. This is now my Home Depot.
