Ondrick Natural Earth

This is the second time I have worked with Dan. Dan is a wonderful resource and extremely knowledgeable in the business. He is excellent at recommending alternative solutions to a problem and has clear and concise troubleshooting skills when needed. He is a pleasure to work with and very trustworthy. I can clearly tell that he has my best interest at heart. It is with Dan's help that I am able to make an informed decision and also be educated on my project where I feel comfortable with my decisions.

We are in a new build and went looking for ideas for the patio we want to put in. Had the good fortune to come across Dan at Ondrick Natural Earth in Chicopee. He gave us a concise and informative overview of the various materials with pros and cons without any expectation of a direct sale. I will recommend this supplier to our contractor!

I was behind one of their trucks on 91 northbound and the truck didn’t have their tarp covering their load, and a bunch of rocks flew out of the truck damaging my vehicle, leaving scratches, dents, and chips in my windshield. We’re lucky the rocks didn’t smash through my windshield and cause a life threatening accident, especially because I had my 1 year old in the car. I tried calling the company for a resolution as to who’s paying for the damage done to my vehicle, I was ultimately transferred about 4 times until the woman I spoke to last basically blew me off. Called state police to make a report and they had to send a crew out to cleanup the debris off the highway which is documented. Now I’m forced to look for an attorney and sue them for the damages done to my vehicle caused by them, and I might even take my story to the local news stations to bring light of this situation to everyone that’ll listen.

They don't cover their trucks with the tarp as they are legally required. A bunch of big rocks came flying out on 91 N and hit our car. It damaged the hood and windshield and we are lucky to be alive. The truck would not stop and after calling Ondrick they denied the trucks existence.

They were fast, product was exactly what I wanted. Expert delivery left it right where I needed it. Highly recommend 👌
