Purchased metal roofing online-had delivery set up for the next day, they called at 8:00 that night and said they didn’t have the material. And it would be easier if I canceled the order and looked online at other stores for stock. I canceled my order and purchased at Menards for 123.00 cheaper. Thank you for the lousy customer service! You saved me a lot of money! I won’t be back.

I’ve been going to the Lowe’s on Ireland for 8+ years now (since we bought our house). Used to be great. I knew most employees and they were helpful. It’s been going downhill for the last several years. But after throwing away $300+ worth of paint. I’m not going back. Went to paint and it’s all bad. Girl said it’s from freezing. Well it’s been in my basement and my basement doesn’t get below 65ish. Well it’s from setting on the floor. Umm up until 2 weeks ago, I had a shelf they were on. Oh well it could have been while in your vehicle after purchasing it. Well I can’t say I went straight home but it was September so probably wasn’t that. She just kept wanting to make up a reason for it to be my fault.

The woman who helped me with mixing my paint was so very helpful, answered all my questions, and gave some great tips as well!

Worst location I've ever been to. Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge of materials. Orders are never on time or right. They seem to hire employees that have zero knowledge of building materials and their inventory.

Navigating this home improvement store has become increasingly challenging. The limited staff makes it difficult to get assistance locating items. Excessive inventory clutters the aisles and shelves, hindering efficient browsing. Finding specific products requires an unreasonable amount of time and effort. A more organized and adequately staffed store would greatly improve the customer experience.
