For someone who has never been there before the place and people are friendly and helpful

Some of the silo operators are extremely rude. They expect you to know what to do once arriving but have no signs posted with instructions to get loaded. There are signs that say the CB channel number and no parking on roads but none that say what to do after you input PO number at first kiosk, so if you don’t have your CB on yet and you proceed past that stop sign then they start yelling at you but they have no signs posted with instructions. Silo operators also bark at drivers when clearly you can’t understand them because of the static from she operator’s CB which is clear sometimes but is very staticky other times. I’ve heard on a few occasions silo operators screaming at drivers over the CB. Some of them seem to hate their job and take it out on the drivers. Very unprofessional staff.

I've been coming to this terminal for over 7 years now. My only complaints are the angry girl and the directions on Google maps.

I have set up to eight hours of this place waiting to get loaded. The safety rocks are not that safe it is hard as hell the lineup to them and now they have to the outbound safety racks not working. For the most part the employees are pretty nice but they seem to be getting quite frustrated equipment is when it dumps and all over the outside of your trailer and scales only work half the time
