They had a guy taking orders outside in lot last time.I was in, and that was cool and speedy.
If I could give negative stars, I would. As a customer, it’s really disgusting to hear the BOSS and his employees speaking so terribly about other employees at his place of business. You should really be more aware of your surroundings. If that is the way you run your business, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself and the people you hire. This was an absolutely disgusting experience. I have told MANY people already about this and will continue to do so. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, will not be ordering a single thing from this place and will make sure no one I know will ever give you their business. DISGUSTING HUMANS.
They have a form on their website where you can submit a request/quote for mulch. However, they don't actually receive these requests in Plymouth location per what Andrea tells me when I call 2 days later. No apologies, just "you are better off calling" No indication they are working on resolving the problem. Terrible customer service. Will not be their customer again, which is unfortunate because I always had good results back when they were Balboni's
Horrible customer service! My mason referred me to J&J with specifics on what to pick out for my project. After being completely ignored at the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by 2 staff members finally another person came to assist. She was brand new and tried her very best to assist us. When she asked her coworkers questions to help us the two gentlemen didn’t want to help her or us. When asking to see a specific product in the yard the gentleman looked disgusted and refused to go outside with us to assist. All around horrible experience. Rudest counter people I’ve ever encountered. (With the exception of the new employee who did try very hard to help us).
They need to stick to there hours that are listed on the website. show up before closing to dump leaves and they have already closed they also need to stick to there prices show up one time get charged one price to dump show up the next week and you get someone different and they charge you a different price. also they need to have weekend hours that would make it easier for contractors who need to get in on the weekends
