Miles Sand & Gravel

One of their truck drivers tailgated me for over a mile honking, flipping me off and challenging me to a fight by waving me to pull over. All because I got in front of him at a highway entrance. I called this in and was told since I got in front of him they excused his actions. They might have good concrete but they employ drivers that put others at risk and challenge them to fights if they get in front of them.

Almost got destroyed by one of these drivers today on waller. Called to turn it in and was hung up. Next time ill let your people hit me and I'll play with you in court.

I've just started working with this company a lot more frequently since we've recenetly expanded our services. I am SO thankful for concrete dispatch. Jeff, I believe Kelly, and I think there was a guy name Pat as well who've all been incredibly patient and helpful. Especially given how little expereince I have and my lack of knowledge when it comes to terminiolgy used to order the right materials. We had an issue with a delivery that was immediatley resolved and we were able to carry on our work without little delay. I couldn't be happier with how amazing and professional they've been. Thank you all!

We had 5 yards of concrete delivered for a driveway extension at our house. Miles was great to work with start to finish - dispatch was clear about pricing, planning, etc. and very helpful. Our driver, Nick, arrived on time the day of the pour and was AWESOME! He was so friendly and helpful, not to mention patient with two non-professionals, and we are so thankful we hit the driver lottery that day.

A Miles truck sprayed rocks all over my windshield and caused multiple chips. I filed a claim with their incident department and they claimed I didnt provide proof that the rock came from their truck! For a company to deny responsibility for damage they caused, is such a frustrating and disappointing reality of the world we live. No one wants to step up to the plate and do the right thing anymore! Super disappointed and I encourage everyone to find a more reputable company to do business with.
