The salespeople at the Danbury showroom were very dis interested in helping with a small project; we could not get the specific information needed to place an order so now will go elsewhere I've purchased concrete, gravel and quarried stone from the company for construction projects as a contractor many times over the past 25 years, however, when visiting a showroom for a personal project, I found the salesperson, was not helpful and got the strong impression she wished we would go someplace else. We will

O&N's design consultant, Elizabeta helped me design my patio and source all the stone for the project. She was incredibly patient and helpful in my journey. She did a great job helping me decide on what worked best for my space and my budget. I never felt pressured and when I made changes to the project, Elizabeta was patient and kind and guided me with other options. I'm incredibly happy with my decision and can't thank her enough!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience when purchasing the materials for our project carried out with them, from the beginning there was a lot of wrong information and in the end we still ended up with material delivered in poor visual quality, but they said it was the normal process for the material. I hope this gets to someone who can see this bad experience as buyer who paid for what was on display perfect and ended up receiving something else different. DISAPPOINTED.

There was a large piece of broken flagstone. Needed odd ball size. 36&36 block. Thinking I would get cheaper took broken one.Charge 300$.thought he was joking. Never will I order anything from there again. Wouldn't tell me price before Checkout. Laugh at me
