Valley Landscape Center - Tualatin

I have been a customer of Valley for nearly ten years and would have agreed with many of the positive reviews until now. I picked up a load of garden mulch but what I got instead was a half yard of waterlogged muck. They have covers over their mulch which is why I bought this early. Their response was the people they buy from don't cover it. The staff I dealt with was incredibly rude when I told them I just couldn't pay for it. Amazingly, they burned a customer relationship worth at least $100 each season over $19. I added pictures below of what the "mulch" looks like. It looks terrible. Like I spread balls of clay and mud rather than mulch. If it wasn't fit for sale, why are they selling it?

The guys are nice and will try their best to not only give what you want if they have it but also when the delivery will do their best to put it where you want it and never once acted like I was annoying them. We've used them before and that experience was just as good. I highly recommend them.

I shopped here a few times and can confirm the product have a reasonable price and good quality, but they usually have 2 person who works as a cashier I always have a hard time with an older guy; he is tough to communicate and does not have a good attitude! But the lady is a professional person with excellent communication skill and try her best to help you!

Valley Landscape Center has a great wide selection of products, including bulk material. Their staff is helpful and happy to answer any questions. Their products are well labeled, making it easy to find. Their prices are reasonable, and the products are good quality. We recommend them for your landscape needs.

Two stars for their garden mulch. Strips of wire insulation, chunks of plastic and Mylar, thick pieces of black sheet plastic. Unbelievable. It’s like they ground up an entire construction site dumpster.
