service was good, delivery was fast same day, top soil quality was very poor, it has more rocks then a rock quarry, I’ve gotten cheap fill dirt with less rocks in it, if your thinking of buying top soil from them you might want to rethink it, I won’t buy anything or recommend this company ever again

Ordered (in person) rocks to be delivered, the young man (the only person around) who wrote up the order told me to call the morning of the delivery to pay for the rocks. For some reason he couldn't take my CC that day. I got tied up that morning but called around 1 pm. Nobody answered, left a message. Didn't hear back that day. Called again the next day, the phone just kept ringing and didn't even go to voice mail. Very disappointed at this business ( or may be this is the owner's hobby and is not a business)

Great customer service and high quality products. I've used Townsend Materials for mulch and screened topsoil.

Called on a Sunday and they delivered topsoil within 3 hours. Highly recommend!
