Even better he was able to get us our ideal front door for 1/5th the price quoted by Lowes for a similar product and almost 1/6th what Window World of Lexington quoted, that's 80% savings that we were able to allocate elsewhere in our build. Equally important he knew a lot about his product and was able to answer all of our questions whereas other vendors were unable to address some of our questions and concerns. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Miller and Clay Ingels. Timely, responsive, reasonably priced, with great selection. I would go nowhere else for windows and doors at this point.

If you are looking for Brick & or mortar , or sand , amazing windows , custom doors , and trim , then look no further my friend, this business , not only has it all , but they have a sales team that’s simply amazing ! The staff are all knowledgeable & go above and beyond to help customers , I have never waited or seen anyone wait for service longer than 1-2 minutes !! Their Window & Door shop sells interior , exterior , custom , single and double , windows & doors , hand railing , barn doors , trim , I mean this place has it all! I own a remodeling company & I can get everything from them in one stop , and cheaper than Lowe’s , as a matter Of fact they sale wholesale to Lowe’s ,so your basically cutting out the middle man when you buy direct from this place! Do yourself a favor and visit the show room , it’s amazing literally amazing!!!!

These guys are very professional! They have a wonderful showroom and the sales team is very knowledgeable about windows and designs. They help me picked out the best double window door for one of my rentals. Everyone that have stayed at the AirB&B have loved the door! Thanks for all the help, for delivering and suggesting the perfect door! You guys are the best!

During a storm in April 2022 we discovered that our front door (arch top mahogany french door) leaks through the wood to the point that water is literally running down the inside. Every time it rains hard we have to put down plastic and towels to keep our floors from being ruined! We notified our contractor immediately who through a difficult process finally connected with a Clay Ingels about the defective door which is under warranty. They made one attempt to replace the doors 5 MONTHS later in Sept 2022 but they brought the wrong size, applied caulk around the existing door glass (even though water seeps through the wood and not the glass) and left. They said that Charlie would contact us which he never did! It is now Dec 2022 , 8 MONTHS LATER and the company has not replaced this horrible door. We just experienced our first winter storm and had to completely cover the inside of the door with a blanket because of the amount of cold/wind that blows through the seams of the wood/glass. It’s ridiculous. The inside of the door had frost on it in places because of the moisture that seeps through the wood!! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE! This door is under warranty and should be replaced!

I ordered some windows for our house and working with Eric was a terrible experience. From placing an order, delivering wrong window, and trying to get a refund was a total disaster. (Took 7 months!! Getting a refund took 5 months LOL Eric didnt help at all Kelly at A/R did.) He NEVER returns your calls or takes months to get email reply… operationally chaotic.
