This place is small but FANTASTIC. I had to get 5 loads of dirt today and they had me in and out. Very nice. Made sure I got what I was needing. The customer service was the best all day. So many options to choose from on rock. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future.
What a great experience. Quick and timely to have rock delivered to our house. The delivery guy was a gem and the price was absolutely reasonable. Always recommended the mulch company!
🚨🚨🚨🚨 Run from this scam! Horrible business to work with. Very disrespectful and the quality of rock is TERRIBLE. Ordered white marble and received more dust and rock chips than actual stone. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Called several times to discuss the issue’s. The owner finally returned my phone call 2 days later. He hung up on me when I informed him that I would be letting everyone know how he treats customers.
I would give zero stars if it were an option!! We used this company The Mulch Company Of Kentucky on Summit Drive back during the pandemic and everything was golden for our raised beds. We moved homes and started a new set of raised beds this year, ordered the exact same thing as last time and got the worse possible dirt. My husband questioned it when it was delivered, but they said no this is the compost/dirt mix you ordered. We gave it a couple of weeks and hardly nothing but the hardiest of plants are coming up. The soil even after all this rain is like a brick wall. Nothing but clay!!! I called the company and even went over there to give them a sample of what was delivered. I have heard nothing from no one there, everytime I call I get some song and dance about the owner isn't here, he only works weekends, I will have him call you. It's been a week... not a word. I do not recommend this company unless you like throwing time and money away!!!
We have been trying to buy top soil for weeks and because of rain we have been told maybe tomorrow. Called today and was told we could buy it, drove there got a scoop, went home and unloaded and was back there within 40 minutes to be told you were sold out for weekend, asked the guy if they were sold out or if he just didn’t want to go load it. He just stood there. Is getting on a bobcat and loading a scoop of dirt really that hard? We have bought here for years and prefer to support businesses in our area but I guess it’s time to find a business that wants to make a sale!
