Phillips Land Improvement Center

I went here to get a pickup truck load of top dirt. The loader operator and the man at the check out were very friendly and helpful. The loader operator was very careful loading my truck. I also noticed that they sell other materials that I am looking to purchase later for other projects.

Stopped in today to get some ideas for an upcoming project. The associate at the location could not have been nicer. He had some great ideas and got us everything we needed. Could not have asked for a better experience. Was so nice to our 8 month old son as well. Will definitely be back for any future projects we have. Thank you!

I ordered some gravel to match some existing I already had and I ordered the wrong type by mistake. I was not home when the order was to be delivered and I received a call from the delivery driver who noticed the gravel I orded did not match the existing gravel at my home. I was very impressed that their driver took the extra effort to notice and call me at work to inquire if I knew the load he had was different than what I had around my house. He promptly went back and loaded the correct style of gravel and delivered it back in less than 2 hours. You don't see this quality of customer service anymore. I even offered to pay for an extra delivery fee since this was my mistake and they told me their would be no extra charge. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I received and the professionalism of your delivery driver. Thank you.

Had a complete debacle dealing with a Phillips on riprap rd. I’m not sure who the two gentlemen I talk to at the Phillips land improvement center in Beavercreek. But they were absolutely wonderful to deal with today and they made my delivery today with exactly what I needed. Absolute wonderful bunch of guys working there would recommend them to everyone.

They were very friendly and helpful. Loved their selection of natural paving stones. Right behind the office is a ring of pallets with several kinds of pavers. Prices are clearly displayed. Sold by weight. I put what I needed into one of the wagons provided and they rolled it onto the scale, told me the weight, and loaded my truck for me. I'm picky about my pavers and they gave me space and time to pick exactly what I needed.
