I delivered here instead of buying items from them so I can't comment about the customer service but they were helpful. Easy in and out with a 70' semi. Seem like good folks to deal with 😎

I called to get a quote on a center piece of lumber that I needed. They gave me a quote and said they'd have no issue getting it in a week or two. I started my project and which required this lumber, and I tried to contact them on the next business day and didn't get called back. I got a hold of them the next day and they said they'd call the supplier to get me a delivery estimate. Two days later I get a call saying that they can't this lumber anymore and I was basically out of luck. At this point I've already put a weeks worth of work in on this project and now I don't have the wood that I need to keep going on it. I like to do business with people I can trust, and they basically told me that I was out of luck and they weren't going to do anything to honor what their word.

Arrived on a Friday afternoon (they don't open on weekends) to get a scoop of sand to set up a pool for my kids and the gentleman said no because he didn't have the loader up "here". Whatever that means. We all have work during the week and I'm trying to get it last minute because that. Real bad service.
